Just put your PC's tokens as the absolute top-most layer, and they will always be "on top" of whatever it is they are doing. Now I can already see how easy this would be through using tokens. I'm weird and will probably try to make an entire Medieval metropolis like a full too-scale camelot or something at like 1,500 x 2,000 or something if you guys know how.) (PS if anyone knows how to make the overall map space bigger, please tell me. Mostly only took that long though because it was my first time using said program, and it took a week or two to get use to it, then another week or two to make everything I built game-friendly haha. Yes I nerded out and spent literally almost a month building this map. With Multiple Levels to buildings, and the ground itself. I'm literally saying the map I made that I wanna play with my group on is the full 130 Tiles High by about 120 Tiles Wide. We're talking three stories I've layered on top of one another, basement, secret rooms, and an underground lair that stretches the length of the given useable map space Dungeon Painter Studio seems to allow. I'm talking I've made a map where the adventurers are going to be roaming about, exploring, and fighting inside of a giant mansion filled with mystery, secrets, and enemies. Mainly because I like to make buildings with layers themselves. ![]() My plans for this program right now is that I want to hook my computer up to a projector, and play 100% straight up off of this program alone. ![]() No importing or exporting to Roll20, or any other program. But this discussion is going to be about my seeking your input about using JUST. Not sure if anyone has a conversation like this started yet or not.
